Comcast is a joke. We’ve been having power outages 4 times/day since Sun. and every1 in the surrounding area has been complaining about it too. Solution-they gave me a $2 credit. That’s not going to make up for all the work I’ve been missing with no explanation on wth’s going on

Well, the lady I spoke to at Comcast on Friday was demanding I provide her with a model number for my model despite nothing on it saying model number. She told me she couldn't help me unless I provided her with this info that I had no way to provide.

@Xfinity Yes. The wifi goes in and out every 2-3 minutes. While it is multiple devices (2 laptops and 2 phones), we are always online like that and haven't had issues until last week during the day.

For the second time in a week, @Xfinity has been down for a multi hour outage in my area. Today’s says maintenance- that started at 7:15am and “should be done around 7:45pm.” My kids have online homework to do. Argh!

Open the Xfinity app and it should tell you that there is an issue with your TV service and ask you to do a system refresh. Do the system refresh and it fix the problem.

I still got it. Set up a new Xfinity gateway, new Firestick 4K, created a new network with a name to scare the hell out of the neighbors, and got my laptop and printer working off the network. Without having to look anything up for solving the few issues that came up. Bedtime!

@XfinitySupport Getting Error: TVAPP-00500 on my Xfinity stream app on my Roku and Samsung TV. The Xfinity app on my iPad is displaying the guide by channel name, not number and all messed up. This happens every year and takes Xfinity a week to fix. No devices currently working.
